Purchase date was 9/29/2009. Actual return of product was 10/12/2009. ,In their Subscription Cancelled Notice I received they stated “ If you are within your initial risk free-trial period, we must receive the remainder of that bottle (even if it is empty) within 30 days of today’s date in order to complete cancellation. Please also include the RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) #09453R102089 to complete your cancellation. If we do not receive the bottle along with the RMA# provided above within 30 days of today’s date we will be unable to complete the cancellation process and you will be charged the retail price of $89.95 for your trial bottle." This notice was created on 10/9/2009. They only waited 21 days not 30, before they charged my credit card account. I phoned them and they stated they never received the product. How convenient!
