Oh my - I wish I'd checked here before I proceeded to purchase this product, that may or may not work but it's a moot point for me now. 14 days is not enough time to rate the product - the whole web site advertising is slanted toward nabbing a customer; it's cleverly devised to pull you in, not help you out. All the reviews I've read on this site are entirely accurate, so I won't repeat the story, except to say that I too thought it was a 30-day trial and I believed it to be free - isn't that what trials are? When I called to point out that I had been charged for a bottle I hadn't received, I was told that the first bottle wasn't in fact free, and that it is all plainly printed on the web site. I went back and he's right, it is...but since it is obviously not the point they wanted to sell the product on, it's in the "fine print" that they know is not read by many (I'll make some changes in my own self there) and the advertising words are deceptive indeed. When I asked the owner's name, I was told there was none. Hmm. Surely, this method can't be ethical.
